That's right my lovely readers, I have been fulfilling my resolutions. For an entire month I have been dutifully crossing my t's, dotting my i's, and aspiring to make the most out of the new year. My biggest goal was to start eating better and my latest obsession has been smoothies. I generally like to pick easy recipes with just a few easy peasy steps, and I've been heading to Whole Living and skinnytaste.com for some delicious (and healthy) drinks. One single glass-full can be pleasantly full of vitamins, protein, and beautiful benefits - which I love. I'm super proud of myself and had to share with y'all!

Do you ever read www.goop.com? They have some smoothie recipes that sound good.

That looks really yummy...it really kinda annoys me that I have the same aversion to smoothies that I do to yogurt.
